1. Soak & Prep

Rinse the TWOROOTS sabudana thoroughly and soak it in just enough water for 30 minutes.
- Drain well to remove excess moisture and let it rest for 2 hours.
2. Mix the Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine the soaked TWOROOTS sabudana with mashed potatoes, roasted peanuts, chopped green chilies, ginger paste, lemon juice, fresh coriander, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
3. Shape & Fry
- Take small portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and flatten them slightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the vadas until they turn crispy and golden brown.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Pair them with mint chutney or spiced yogurt for an extra burst of flavor!
- This recipe makes 6-8 vadas, ideal for 2 servings.
