1. Soak & Prep
- Rinse the TWOROOTS sabudana thoroughly and soak it in just enough water for 30 minutes.
- Drain well to remove excess moisture and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Mix with crushed peanuts, salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
2. Cook the Ingredients
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, and ginger paste.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until they turn soft.
3. Combine & Serve
- Add the soaked TWOROOTS sabudana and stir on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the pearls turn translucent.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and a final squeeze of lemon juice.
4. Enjoy!
- Serve hot with yogurt or enjoy it on its own!
